1. Ordering & Payments
All orders must be placed and paid for in advance. We accept e-transfers and credit card payments via secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to our payment terms and the terms of the third-party payment processors.
For delivery orders, please contact us before placing your order to arrange payment and delivery details.
2. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup orders can be placed through our online checkout. For delivery, we service Innisfil, Barrie, Simcoe County, Muskoka, and the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery rates vary by region and are subject to HST. Full details can be found on our Delivery Information page.

4. Product Information & Liability
Our products are made in our home-based location by a CIFS Certified Food Handler. Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients before consumption.
5. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Your contact information will only be used for processing orders and notifying you of order information, promotions, and special offers. We do not share your information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order.
