Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Full refunds will be provided if the order is canceled at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery/pickup date.
If canceled within 5 days of the scheduled date, we offer a 50% refund or the option to reschedule within 30 days.
Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll work with you to make it right.
