A. We are a home-based business located in the Stroud neighbourhood of Innisfil. For pickup orders, our address will be provided on the Checkout page.

A. Yes! We offer free delivery within Stroud. Delivery is also available to other areas, including Innisfil, Barrie, Simcoe County, and most of the GTA, for an additional fee. If you need delivery beyond these regions, feel free to contact us for a quote.

A. While our charcuterie and baked goods cannot be shipped due to their perishable nature, we’re happy to ship our jars of apple butter anywhere! Contact us for a shipping quote.

A. To enjoy it at its best, we recommend serving your charcuterie box on the day it's prepared. If stored properly in the refrigerator, it can stay fresh for up to 24 hours. If you are planning to serve the box the following day, please let us know when placing your order, and we will put certain items on the side to prolong freshness.

A. Yes. Briar Hill Gourmet operates from a home-based kitchen facility that is regularly inspected and fully approved by Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit. We passed our most recent inspection with no violations, maintaining safe food handling practices and sanitary conditions that meet all provincial standards. Your safety and confidence in our products is our top priority.
