Refund Policy

Full refunds will be provided if the order is cancelled at least 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery/pickup date.

In the event that you need to cancel your order within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date, we offer two options: a 50% refund or a rescheduled date within 30 days.

Please note that same-day order cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

We'll deliver to your door for a reasonable fee, or you can pick up your order in Stroud (Innisfil) for free!
